Today, notice everything you do that you value. Tell your Inner Child out loud things like, "Thank you, that was a very caring thing to do." "I appreciate your sense of humor." "I love your ideas. Thank you for your creativity." "You are a really loving person." Your Inner Child needs to be seen for who he or she really is, not just for looks or performance.
