Let your first thought when you awaken be of gratitude. Thank God for keeping your soul safe in the night. Thank God for the sacred privilege of being in a body and having the opportunity to evolve your soul in love. Thank God for whatever you have that is meaningful to you. Let the last thought you have before you go to sleep be of gratitude.
